Info from the LEFFL:
Just a few notes about the season: The fee to play includes an NFL Flag Football Jersey and 1 mouth piece. The flags belong to the league/coach. We suggest you have cleats (players expense). Hats may be worn for warmth only, no baseball caps, no jeans and shirts must be tucked in. If you are buying sweat/track pants or shorts, I suggest black with no pockets. (just my suggestion). Coats, hoodies with hoods tucked inside jersey and gloves are all ok. The Jersey must be the outer most piece of clothing. Dress for the weather as it changes often this time of year. Good luck and have some FUN!

This is our schedule as of right now... (subject to change of course)
First Practice will be at 6pm on March 19th for ALL TEAMS!
Additional Practices are as follows:
Thursday March 21st 6-7pm
Tuesday March 26th 6-7pm Practice/Scrimmage 5:30-7pm
Once the games begin we will still have practice on Thursday nights from 6-7pm Games
(please arrive 45 minutes prior to the game)
3/30/13            11am (vs. Browns)
4/6/13              10am (vs. Seahawks)
4/13/13            9am (vs. Bears)
4/20/13            10am (vs. Panthers)
4/27/13            11am( vs. Bengals)
5/4/13              12 noon (vs. Raiders)
5/11/13            12 noon (vs.Cardinals)
play-off games are usually held during the week prior to the Superbowl
